Need a document witnessed or certified? Gowings Coffs Central is here to help! We offer complimentary Justice of the Peace (JP) services, making it easy and convenient for you to get your documents sorted without the hassle. Whether you need statutory declarations, affidavits, or certified copies of original documents, our friendly JP is here to assist.
When & Where: Our JP service is available 9am – 12pm every Saturday located on Level 1 outside Kmart within Gowings Coffs Central. No appointments are necessary, so you can simply drop by.
How It Works:
Bring along the original documents and any copies you need to be certified.
Make sure you have valid photo identification.
Our JP will verify your documents and provide the necessary witnessing or certification.
EV Charging Station
We’re excited to offer convenient and reliable electric vehicle (EV) charging right here at Gowings Coffs Central. Located on our rooftop car park, you can charge your EV 7 days a week between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm, making it easier than ever to keep your vehicle powered while you shop, dine, or explore the center.
Charging Rates:
$0.50 per kWh
Whether you’re running errands or spending a relaxing day at Coffs Central, rest assured that your EV is charging safely and efficiently.

Our accessible parking bays are extra wide to ensure easier access to and from the centre. These bays are conveniently located near all main entrances of Gowings Coffs Central.

Parents Room
Gowings Coffs Central’s Parents Room is available for parents and guardians to care for their children while shopping at the centre. You’ll find it on Level 1, near Food at the Terrace.

Gowings Coffs Central Dog-Friendly Policy
Gowings Coffs Central is dog-friendly year-round and welcomes all well-behaved dogs, regardless of breed, into the Centre.
DOG TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Dogs are only allowed on the ground floor, access to level 1 is not permitted.
- Dogs must be always on a leash. NO more than 5ft or 1.5 metres.
- Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. This service is not provided by the centre.
- Dogs are not permitted on any furniture or seating.
- Management may request dogs be removed at their discretion.
- Dogs are not allowed to approach other guests or dogs unless invited.
- Dog-friendly retailers can be identified by a paw-print graphic in the storefront windows.
Dog Waste
If an accident occurs inside the Centre, cleanup materials are located at designated Pet Comfort Stations within the Centre’s common areas.
Canine Code of Conduct
Dogs must not cause a disturbance to other guests or the operations of the Centre. This includes [but is not limited to] being loud, aggressive, destructive, or being used to intimidate others.
If any of these rules are violated, the owner(s) will be asked to leave the Centre with their dog.
Coffs Central will practice diligence to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in the centre.
However, there are certain risks associated with allowing dogs to interact with other people, children and dogs. Owners are legally responsible for the behavior of their dogs.
