“Because my interests were in fashion and jewellery retailing, I really didn’t think I’d like working in a coffee shop, but I love it,” Sally said. “We try to provide efficient service, combined with good fresh food.
“I’m a customer person – I do front of house – and I’ve learned to get half an hour of chat into two minutes.”
