Shopping centres stay open, with further measures in place.

  • All Food Court stores have tape markings outside their shopfront to indicate to customers the space requirements to manage social distancing
  • All Lifts/Travelators/Escalators now have signage in place reminding customers of Social Distancing requirements
  • All shopfronts have signage in place in their windows advising customers of the maximum number of customers to be in the shop at one time
  • Wash your hands with soap and water often (do this for at least 20 seconds)
  • Always wash your hands when you get home or into work
  • Use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available – don’t forget we have hand sanitiser stations throughout the centre as well as signage reminding you of the importance of washing your hands well and often
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
  • Put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards
  • Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
  • Practice social distancing
  • Sign in with QR codes available at centre entrances and individual store fronts
