Ingredients
- 60ml (2oz) Limoncello
- 90ml (3oz) Prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
- 30ml (1oz) Soda water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Fresh mint (optional, for garnish)
Method
- Fill a large wine glass or balloon glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the Limoncello, followed by the Prosecco.
- Top with soda water for a refreshing fizz.
- Stir gently to combine without losing the bubbles.
- Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and, if you like, a sprig of mint.
