k’Pane Artisan Bakery do things the old-fashioned way. Bread is leavened with a living sourdough culture and cakes are made with flour, butter and eggs – no pre mixes here.
k’Pane’s shop at Coffs Central has a French flavour, reflecting many of the classic French treats the shop offers, like pain au chocolat, brioche and baguettes as well as breads, pastries, gourmet pies, cakes and tarts from panini and ciabatta, through duck, olive and mushroom pies to Isle of Skye cake (drenched with Drambuie) and melt-in-the-mouth French fruit flans.
Scrumptious cakes can be ordered for special occasions just call the day before & pick up a delectable treat!
