Promoter

The promoter is Gowing Coffs Central.

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 30 June 2026.

Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over. 
2. Employees of the Promoter, participating retailers, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter. 
3. By entering this competition, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

How to Enter

1. To enter, customers must:
   • Spend at any retailer within Gowing Coffs Central during the Promotional Period; and 
   • Submit a valid entry form together with proof of purchase (receipt). 
2. Each eligible receipt equals one (1) entry into the draw. 
3. Customers will receive double entries (two entries per eligible receipt) when purchases are made at participating adventure retailers, including:
   • Gowings Pacific Trader 
   • Coopers Surf 
   • Kathmandu 
   • Mister Minit
   • Maggies Pet Co
   • Alvey 
4. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is submitted with a separate valid receipt. 
5. Receipts must clearly show the retailers name, purchase amount, and date of purchase within the Promotional Period. 

Prize Details

1. Total prize pool value is AUD $2,500. 
2. Prizes may consist of gift cards, retailer vouchers, merchandise, experiences, or prize packs as determined by the Promoter. 
3. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. 

Prize Draw

1. The draw will take place at Gowing Coffs Central on 5pm 30^th June 2026. 
2. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received. 
3. Winners will be contacted via the details provided on their entry form within seven (7) days of the draw. 
4. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. 

General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. 
3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required. 
4. By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name and image for promotional purposes related to this competition without compensation. 
5. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. 
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
7. The competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in New South Wales.
