What Mum Really Wants – Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter:
The giveaway is organised by Gowings Coffs Central, located at 35-61 Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour 2450
2. Entry Period:
The giveaway opens on 9am April 14 and closes at 2pm May 8. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility:
Open to residents of NSW aged 18 years or older. Employees of Coffs central Shopping Centre, participating retailers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter:
- Spend a minimum of $30 at any participating retailer in-centre during the promotion period.
- Upload your receipt via the online entry form or scan the QR code at in-centre entry points.
- Limit of one entry per $30 spend,
5. Prize Details:
- Total prize pool: $2,000, split across four themed prize packs, each valued at $500.
- Prizes include gift cards or experiences aligned with each Mum Moment category.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection:
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place on May 8 at Gowings Coffs Central.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone within 2 days of the draw.
7. Claiming Prizes:
- Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification.
- Proof of identity and entry may be required to claim the prize.
8. General Conditions:
- By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and entry for marketing purposes without further compensation.
- Gowings Coffs Central reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- The organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes are subject to availability; the organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.
9. Limitation of Liability:
- The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with participation in the giveaway or the use of any prize.
10. Privacy:
- Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and in accordance with Gowings Coffs Central’s Privacy Policy.
