1. Promotion Period
The Win Back Your Shop promotion commences at 9:00am on Monday 14 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 11 October 2026.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, participating retailers, their immediate families, and any agencies or contractors directly involved in the promotion.
3. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must:
- Spend $30 or more in a single transaction at any participating Gowings Coffs Central retailer during the Promotion Period.
- Complete the official online entry form, including required contact details.
- Upload a clear copy or photograph of the qualifying receipt when prompted.
- Follow any additional entry instructions displayed in participating stores or on the competition landing page.
One entry per qualifying transaction. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying purchase and receipt.
4. Qualifying Purchases
The minimum spend of $30 must be made in a single transaction at a participating retailer within Gowings Coffs Central during the Promotion Period.
Receipts must clearly show the purchase date, retailer and transaction amount. Receipts may be checked and must be retained by the entrant until the conclusion of the promotion.
Purchases of gift cards, financial services, gambling products, tobacco products, alcohol and any other products excluded by law or the Promoter are not eligible.
5. Prizes
Two winners will be selected each week during the Promotion Period.
Each winner will receive a Gowings Coffs Central Gift Card valued at the amount of their qualifying purchase, up to a maximum value of $300.
The maximum total prize value available to any one winner is $300.
Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Gowings Coffs Central Gift Cards and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Prize Draws
Weekly prize draws will take place on:
- Monday 21 September 2026
- Monday 28 September 2026
- Monday 5 October 2026
- Monday 12 October 2026
Two winners will be drawn at random at each weekly draw.
The final draw on 12 October 2026 will include all eligible entries received by 11:59pm on 11 October 2026 that have not previously won.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Winners may be announced on Gowings Coffs Central’s website and/or social media channels.
8. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and receipts and may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, illegible, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw, except where required by law.
9. Privacy
By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting winners and delivering prizes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or extend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries, technical difficulties or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
